Committee Reports

  • Collegiate Senators – Ellen Kirkman: Some faculty have expressed concerned that organizational units affiliated with Wake Forest enacted evictions from their residential rental properties. Collegiate Senators are concerned about how this impacts the Wake Forest Reputation and are presenting a related motion for discussion and vote (see attached appendix). Comments and discussion about the events led to the withdrawal of the motion. The lack of clarity about the organizational structure and relationship between units with Wake Forest affiliations will be further explored.
  • Integration Committee – Presentation by Anthony Atala postponed due to technical difficulties.
