President Tracey Banks called the Senate to order in Worrell Hall Rm 3321.

Approval of November 16, 2022 Meeting Minutes (unanimous approval by affirmation)

Announcements and Updates

  • Ryan Shirey is replacing Katie Harriger (who is directing WakeWashington in Spring 2023) as the chair of the compensation committee.
  • Matthew Phillips (Senate President in 2021-2022) has entered the Provost’s office, returning Simone Caron (President in 2020-2021) to the position of Past President on the Executive Committee.
